I am having problems claiming or sharing my badge. What should I do? 

<ol><li>Check your profile on SAP Learning Hub to confirm that&nbsp;</li></ol><ul><li>Your certification is valid&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Your email address is correct&nbsp;</li></ul>You must ensure the email address you use to log in to SAP is the same one you use to log in to your Credly user account. Otherwise, you will only see your acquired certification in your learner profile.&nbsp; 2. To make corrections to your profile, create a support ticket within the Learner Profile.

I think I am eligible for a badge, but I didn’t receive an email to claim one. What should I do? 

To verify a badge, interested parties can simply click on your badge to review the badge’s details, including when the badge was issued, which provides them with real-time verification that your certification or learning accomplishment is authentic.

How are badges verified?

Partners, please send an email to Partner Service Delivery Team at partner@sap.com&nbsp;c. Customers and SAP internal users. Important note: If you do not have an S-user tied to your current email address where you take the assessment to stay current, please check the following conditions:&nbsp;* If you are an SAP certified consultant working for a SAP customers or SAP partner with an active support contract, you may coordinate with the super-administrators at the company to request an S-user ID. If you don't know your company admin, please create a ticket <a href="https://go.support.sap.com/contactus/#/email">here</a>.&nbsp;* If you are an independent SAP certified consultant, please contact the regional SAP office where you took your course and certification.
