To view the app in runtime, you must assign the app to a role. In this step, you’ll assign the Create Sales Order {placeholder|userid} build app to the Everyone role. This is a default role - content assigned to the Everyone role is visible to all users.
Open the Content Manager from the side panel.

Click the Everyone role to open the role editor.

Click Edit and then use the search box to search for your app Create Sales Order {placeholder|userid} .

Next to the Create Sales Order {placeholder|userid} build app, click the toggle under Assignment Status. You’ll see it changes from red to green.

To see the app in the Applications page, you can assign it to a new or existing group. This is an optional step and is not required for this workshop.
Before you add the Create Sales Order {placeholder|userid} build app to your workspace, first add a header for a section where you will add most frequently used apps.
Open your workspace Sales Management {placeholder|userid}.

Click the pencil icon to open the Page Designer.

Scroll down to the section just before the Feed and click + to add another section.

Click Add Widget to open the widget gallery.

Select the Text widget and design it as follows:

| Font | Select the text and change to Arial 14pt. |
| Color | With the text still selected, choose the color black from the chart. |

To increase the spacing between this section and the section above, hover to expose the settings on the right, and click the cog icon to edit the spacing.

Under Padding Top add the value 30 pixels and click Save.
Now you’re going to add your app under this header.
