On the Storyboard select + under UI Applications.

On the UI Application Details screen enter the following details and then select Next.
Input Field Input Value Display Name Sales Orders App Description Sales Orders App Data source CAP_Sales_Orders_Srv

Select Template-Based Responsive Application as the UI Application type.

Select Next.
-
Select List Report Page.
-
Select Next.
-
Select the A_SalesOrder entity.

Select Finish.
-
Close the Page Map.

The UI Application has been added to the Storyboard.
