SAP Enterprise Support is the foundational success experience provided by SAP and is included in your SAP cloud subscription. SAP Enterprise Support provides you with access to self-paced expert guidance, training, best practices, and continuous quality check (CQC) remote services.

With continuous quality check and improvement services (CQC) from SAP, our experts analyze your system and/or situation based on real life data from your systems or solution. You may be contacted to provide more information that will be part of the analysis. After each service, you receive a service report with an executive summary, findings and a detailed action plan to mitigate risks or improve. The objectives of the CQC remote services vary based on the topic covered. CQC remote services have a pre-defined scope with pre-defined checks that align with SAP best practices.

We recommend scheduling the CQCs in advance, and a minimum of 6 weeks , before go-live.
