Tenants

Within the first 3 days after the contract start date, the IT contact specified in the contract will receive a provisioning email sent by no.reply.provisioning@sap.com, sapcloudsupport@alerts.ondemand.com, or scc@sap.com.

For new customers, SAP creates the first S-user ID and assigns it the highest level of authorization, (Cloud Super Administrator). After this initial stage, for security reasons, SAP is not authorized to create or administer additional S-users for customers. Please make sure to check your spam folder for the provisioning emails.

Conclusion

You have 30 days from the contract start date to access your 1st tenant.
