Following these steps will allow your environment to be provisioned on time.

Step1 - On contract start date, provision the system via SAP for Me.
Step 2 - Activate your Account Owner role following the instructions in the Activation Email (link valid for 30 days). Activate your Account Owner role

By default, you are entitled to one production tenant, unless otherwise stated in your contract.
Tenant
After the contract starts, the IT contact in the contract can check and provision in SAP for Me under Systems and Provisioning. The handover email sent to the IT contact will contain information on the initial user name and link to the system.
Contact IT no longer valid
Before contract start date, use the Onboarding Token to change the assigned IT contact. After contract start date or if missing an email, create a case on SAP for Me
