Dear customers and partners, this dedicated enablement video for the Immersis solution is an integral component of our onboarding program, strategically crafted to pave the way for the success of your project. SAP Emarsys support your business to deliver profitable marketing outcomes by providing personalized experiences across multiple channels. Amarsys receives data from various sources. The data collected is used for segmentation, personalization, marketing automation, AI calculation, analytics, and more. With all this data, you can easily identify and reach your target audience, acquire, retain when customers back via various channels, and build a loyal customer base. Please refer to the MicroLearning video more information. Provisioning is one of the first tasks to be fulfilled. Once the Amars's order is booked, SAP will send a welcome email to the designated IT contact defined in the subscription. The welcome email looks like this one. If you do not find it, please check also in the spam folder. Your IT contact will also receive a provisioning email at the contract start date, which includes onboarding guide together with your S user ID, which is a central key to access the SAP systems like SAP for Me, your SAP digital companion. In the same email, you will also find some initial recommendations on how to provision your systems, how to activate notifications in SAP for Me, check for downtimes, and also how to report a case to engage with support. You will have to provision required tenants slash accounts via SAP for Me. Once the provisioning is completed, you will receive handover emails with access details, password, and account activation details. Please consult the system provisioning guide available in the Onboarding Resource Center described in the next chapter called Enablement. It looks like this. The initial S user ID provided in the provisioning email is considered as Super Administrator. The Super Administrator can grant additional users and assign authorizations. The S user ID starts with a letter S followed by zeros and a number. If you do not receive the credentials or do not know who the Super Administrator is, please contact our support by phone or email. Analytics is one of the main adoption drivers, it needs special attention. Analytics should be one of the items that needs to be considered from the beginning. It cannot be an afterthought. Measuring the impact of your campaigns is crucial in order to optimize your marketing activities. In this short demonstration, we focus on strategic analytics that includes revenue attribution and revenue analytics. First, let's see how we measure an attribute revenue. Your contact Jane receives a marketing campaign from you with a link to a product. A nice pair of jeans catches her eye and she clicks through to view them on your website. Because our links have a unique tracking code, Jane can be identified and we follow her actions using WebExtend, a set of scripts on your website that collect all Jane's behavioral data. A few days later, Jane decides to buy one of the t-shirts she saw. With our attribution settings, you can decide which marketing message the revenue of her purchase is attributed to. I use the last touch model. My attribution window is 7 days. An email click attribution is enabled. This means when Jane buys the t-shirt, we look back at what email she received and clicked the past 7 days and attribute the revenue to the last touch point she made. If you have permission, you can also enable the attribution on different channels and touch points, and you can change the sales data source. Using Smart Insight data allows for offline revenue to also be attributed. With this being said, let's check revenue analytics. This report shows the overall revenue impact of your marketing strategies and allows you to optimize your campaigns and programs. The chart on top shows the revenue based on your sales data in your default currency. Total revenue shows the sum of all purchases during the selected time period. Below that you see the revenue attributed to a Mars's campaigns and the percentage of your total revenue that can be attributed based on your sales data uploaded to MRC's. These metrics are updated every 4 hours. If you'd like to receive a detailed revenue impact report every week, just click the Weekly Report button and activate your email subscription. By scrolling down, you can see your top performing programs and campaigns in terms of revenue. Analytics also covers value measurement, audience reporting, campaign analytics, event attribution and conversion reporting, new contact registrations, and email analytics and strategic dashboard.
