In the following video, Business Model Innovation Guest Speaker Andrew McCormick-Smith illustrates how they tackled the Test & Verify iteration type (MVP creation) for the SAP Sports One application.
He explains that they started off from the Match Insights application that had been created for the DFB / World Cup in 2014 and took it from there. By referring back to the personas and potential customers, they mapped additional requirements and expectations, which were first visualized by paper prototypes and later by increasingly sophisticated mock-ups, until the final beta product as shown in the video was finalized.
He points out that in the course of iterations, they were able to reduce their assumptions and increase fidelity and confidence in the final SAP Sports One product.
