Now you understand the significance of an early, quick and iterative test approach using the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).

You have learned how to identify critical assumptions as hypotheses, and test and verify these hypotheses with a “Build – Measure – Learn” cycle.

We have heard from our guest speaker Andrew McCormick-Smith from SAP Sports One how they applied different maturity levels of MVPs to test the various hypotheses. In addition, he elaborated on how they conducted their tests, and to what extend they involved end users.
