Logon to SAP Datasphere

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to access the SAP Datasphere tenant. Navigate the first steps and use the in-app help.


  1. Please begin by opening a Chrome browser and enter the SAP Datasphere URL provided from your workshop organizers.

    Select here to open the SAP Datasphere URL.

  2. Login with your user credentials.

    Username:

    Password: enter provided password

In case you experience any logon issue, delete the Chrome browser cache (CTL+H) or open the browser in private mode (incognito window), to ensure you log in with the correct credentials.

Your username

The SAP Datasphere home page gives you access to recent objects, quick actions, and blog posts. You can choose to show, hide, and reorder cards to suit your needs.

  1. Expand the side navigation area in the top-left corner to see the full list of apps available in SAP Datasphere.

  2. Select the question mark icon “?” in the top-right corner to open the in-app help.

  1. Depending on the open app, associated help information is displayed in the right Help Topics panel.

  2. Select the What’s New megaphone.

    The What’s New panel links to information of recently released features. A new browser tab opens when you choose a version link.

  3. Select the close help icon ‘X’ in the top-right corner to leave the embedded help panel.

  4. Collapse the side navigation area in the top-left corner to hide the details again.
