Log On to SAP Analytics Cloud

1. Launch SAP Analytics Cloud URL in a Chrome browser.

   Lobby

Note: use the URL instead of the Product Switch of SAP Datasphere to navigate to the stand-alone SAP Analytics Cloud tenant.

2. Login with your user credentials.

   Username: {userid}

   Password: provided by instructor

   

3. Once in SAP Analytics Cloud, Expand the Navigation Bar >> Files.

   

4. Navigate into Public and then Finance Workshop Folder.

   

5. Check to box for Finance_WorkShop_Landing_Page (do not click the name of the story) and Select Copy To.

   
   

6. Click to Analytics Cloud to change destination folder.

   

7. Create a copy of the story with your username as suffix

   Finance_WorkShop_Landing_Page_{userid} and click OK.

   

8. Navigate to Files folder where a personal copy Finance_WorkShop_Landing_Page_{userid} is created.

   

   Note: If you don’t find it please use search bar on top right corner to find Finance_WorkShop_Landing_Page_{userid}.

9. Click on the story to open your version of the story.

   
   

   Finance_WorkShop_Landing_Page_{userid} story should open as shown below:
