What Is the Value?
Visibility of the performance of an account plan, enabling revenue growth and ensuring return on investment from trade promotions.
Directly embedding the dashboards with revenue, margin, ROI, volume KPIs, and so on, providing out-of-box analytics capability without jumping out and in.
Through the unified data model, offering the comparison between different datasets, for example, plan versus actual versus latest estimation versus target, year-on-year.
Highlights of Embedded Analytics
The pre-defined report structure is shared by every customer.
Once the KPI framework supports the KPI customization, you are allowed to change or create your own KPIs.
Summary Dashboard

The first and foremost purpose of this summary dashboard is to provide a centralized and summarized view to the KAM at a glance. As the initial view, it presents total KPIs alongside a year-over-year (YoY) comparison, providing the KAM or financial team with a quick snapshot of business performance. With aggregated data, certain charts enable users to drill down into the customer hierarchy for more detailed analysis if needed.
In the table ROI overview, you can see the aggregated data with the variance highlighted side by side for easy comparison.
Revenue Dashboard

The revenue dashboard emphasizes the breakdown of gross sales value and net net value. It provides a detailed view of data distribution across product categories and customer dimensions. Besides, you can see how net net value is composed of baseline and uplift contributions.
In the heatmap of profit, you can see which combination of customer and product category drives the highest profitability.
Promotion Investment

Promotion investment is another dashboard where you are able to see the spend, ROI and trade rate breakdown. Even in the below right corner table, you can see the top ROI by customer and product category.
Volume

Volume dashboard is targeting the analysis of business volumes. You can drill up the volume annual comparison from month to quarter. For baseline and uplift volume, you are able to see how the performance on-going between this year and last year separately.
Profit and Loss

Last but not the least, as the standard P&L report, you can check the report by customer and product category over time or by promotion.
