Maintenance Notification Extended View

The image shows a SAP software interface displaying a Create PM Notification: Malfunction Report form. The form contains various fields such as Notification, Malfunction, Location data, Coordinates, and Coordination. The image does not contain any human faces or identifiable individuals.

The Coordination tab can be used to add relevant address data and coordinates to support maintenance and transport tasks, even in area of operations.

The image shows a SAP software interface displaying the Display IMG feature, which presents a hierarchical structure of different modules and sub-modules related to plant maintenance and customer service. The image does not contain any human faces or identifiable individuals.

The extended view must be set individually for the desired notification types. This is done in the Back-End SAP Customizing. You will find the tab with the overview of your notification types under the following path: SPRO → Plant Maintenance and Customer Service → Maintenance and Service Processing → Maintenance and Service Processing → Overview of Notification Type.

The image shows a SAP software interface displaying the Change View Screen Structure for Extended View: Overview feature. The interface presents a hierarchical structure of different tabs and their corresponding descriptions, such as Notification 1, Additional data 1, Malfunction data, Location, and Coordination Data. The image does not contain any human faces or identifiable individuals.

In this example, the extended view has been activated for message type "M2" (red rectangle). Under the folder, Screen Structure for Extended View, you have to activate the corresponding tab (10\TAB22; Coordination Data).
