Web Channel Overview
SAP Emarsys Web Channel is a feature that helps you deliver customized marketing content on your website. It uses real-time and historical data from your SAP Emarsys database to target specific customer segments or unidentified visitors. Thus, you can convert anonymous visitors into customers.

Web Channel Campaign in Automation
After creating and activating your Web Channel campaign, you can easily add it to your Automation program.
For that:
Navigate to Automation ﹥ Automation Programs.
Click Edit on your program.
Double-click on the 'Web Channel — Add' node.
Select your web campaign.
Do the same on the 'Web Channel — Remove' node. This will prevent contacts from seeing your campaign.
Web Channel Dashboard
Let’s have an overview of your Web Channel campaigns' performance on the Web Channel Dashboard. The Dashboard tab presents a detailed analysis of your Web Channel campaigns on desktop and mobile.
The Dashboard contains three widgets:
Top metrics:
Recent campaigns: Active campaigns
Recent activities: Campaigns where impressions or clicks occurred within one hour
Web Channel Reporting Page
This page summarizes your selected Web Channel campaign, showing impressions and engagement across desktop and mobile devices.
You can select a custom or preset timeframe. Hover over the chart to see a particular day's impression and engagement details.
