Previously, you learned that SAP Sports One allows you to access various calendar events, including training sessions, matches, activities, performance tests, and more. In addition to seeing appointments in the Events tab of the SAP Team One app, you can add your appointments to your everyday personal calendar app, so you have all your appointments in one place.
If you create an appointment in your personal calendar app, the appointment isn't sent to or synchronized with SAP Sports One the other way around.
However, lets see how to add SAP Sports One appointments to your everyday calendar app.
iOS: In SAP Team One, tap on the main menu icon (top left) and tap Download Calendar. Select the SAP Sports One calendars that you want to download. You may have multiple calendars if you work with several teams. Check your everyday calendar app to see if the appointments are included. If they aren't, check the settings of your everyday calendar app: you may need to add or import your SAP Sports One calendars.
Updates of appointments are downloaded in the iOS calendar with every start of SAP Team One. Therefore, you should always open the app first and then check your calendar updates.
Android: Before you begin, please make sure you've synchronized your SAP Sports One calendar with the calendar on your phone. To do so, go to the Events tab and follow the on-screen instructions provided. When completed, your appointments are listed in the Events tab. Check your everyday calendar app to see if the appointments are included. If they aren't, check the settings of your everyday calendar app: you may need to add or import your SAP Sports One calendars.
