The company Travel Configuration page is a comprehensive hub that brings together a wide array of settings and options. Given its size and the amount of information it contains, navigating this page efficiently is essential. There are a few different tips and tricks to make navigation easier.
To learn more about navigation tips, review the following graphic and corresponding information.
- CTRL + F (Control F) - Use the control key on your keyboard with F to search key words and find specific sections on the page faster
- Scroll Bar - Use the scroll bar to scroll up and down the page
- Section Links - Links appear after each section to take you to specific sections of the travel configuration page faster
- Quick Help Button - You can hover over the help button for more information on the specific items which appears as a question mark throughout the page
Now that you're familiar with navigating the page, let's look at the functionality that appears on the top and bottom of the page.
Let's look at the top of the page first. At the top of the page, you'll find the company name and associated Company ID and Configuration ID along with the Configuration Name and Billing Tier fields.

| 3. CLIQCONFIG | The configuration ID displays here. |
| 4. Configuration Name | The configuration name displays here. This name should be detailed enough so that it is easily identified in the list of configurations. |
| 5. Billing Tier | This field is used for billing purposes. |
At the bottom of the configuration page, you'll find the following options:
- Save
- To Company List
- Deactivate This Configuration
- Show Change History

| 1. Save | Select to save all changes made on the entire Company Travel Configuration page. |
| 2. To Company List | Select to return to the initial Company Travel Configuration list for all configurations. |
| 3. Deactivate This Configuration | Select to deactivate the configuration. If there are users associated to this configuration, you will be prompted to change the travel policy the users are assigned to.Caution There is a process in place for deactivating a configuration, A deactivation work order (Online Order Form) is needed to properly terminate other related processes running in the background like invoicing for example. |
| 4. Show Change History | Select to see the last ten changes to the travel configuration and name/login for the user who made each change. |
