Introducing Sorting Options in new Concur Travel

Introduction to Sorting Options

In Travel System Admin, sort options set the default order of flight and hotel search results. Sort options include:

The custom sort option offers additional flexibility, allowing administrators to define specific criteria for result ordering.

Note

These settings only affect the initial display. Users can change the sort at any time from the dropdown menu on the results page.

To access the Sorting Options on the travel configuration page, use CTRL+ F to search for the setting as shown in the following graphic.

Set defaults for Shop by Fares, and Hotel Sort.
Choose from Fare, Schedule, Policy, Preference, Stops, or Custom for initial sort order.
Use Custom sort to define tailored sorting criteria.
Defaults only affect the first display; users can change sort on the results page.
