Business Purpose
To match the supplier to the supplier account, assign the supplier as a business partner in SAP Ariba supplier quotation management. The supplier will receive the sourcing project according to the business partner number.
Technical Explanation
Before you send sourcing projects to SAP Ariba supplier quotation management, create the user account for the supplier representative. Then, in the Department field in the Maintain Employees app, match the supplier business partner with the account to ensure the proper account receives the sourcing project.
