Creating a User
Assigning Role Collection
After a user is created, you need to assign them to specific roles so they are able to act in the system. A role collection will enable you to create authorization concepts and provide user access to various functionalities. Assign the user in the Users section in the Security area.
Note
To perform the initial setup of the SAP Ariba supplier quotation management application, the user must first have the Admin role assigned on the BTP side. During the first launch of the application, a new Admin role is created in SAP Ariba supplier quotation management, enabling the user to finalize the setup.
Normal users do not need to have any roles assigned at subaccount level.
