The SAP Business AI Feature Catalog and SAP Business AI Feature Estimator enable you to explore SAP Business AI features to optimize productivity, drive innovation within your organization, and personalize experiences like never before. You can generate estimates and calculate the value that AI features will add to and enhance your business capabilities with the SAP Business AI Feature Estimator. Let's take a look at how SAP's innovative technologies can help your business by getting started with the SAP Business AI feature catalog. Everything starts in the SAP Discovery Center. From here, you can access missions, reference architectures, SAP BTP services, and SAP Business AI features and the AI feature estimator. You don't have to log into the Discovery Center, but doing so will enable additional features such as accessing a personalized workspace. picking up where you left off with missions, service and feature estimates, and more. You can access the SAP Business AI Feature Catalog and the SAP AI Feature Estimator from the Discovery Center, regardless of if you're logged in or not. If you don't have an account and would like to, you can sign up for one on sap.com. Let's take a look at the SAP Business AI Feature Catalog. The Feature Catalog allows customers, partners, and SAP employees to find and explore the the right AI features for their use cases, determine the value that AI features could add to their business, and gain access to the full business potential of artificial intelligence. Let's take a look at how it works. If you know the specific features that you're looking for, you can get started by searching for the product or selecting it from the product drop-down list. You can also leverage the product categories on the left side of the screen to filter based on product categories like customer relationship management, human capital management, spend management, and more. Regardless, feature options are displayed to gain access to more details. Once you've located a feature that you're interested in, you can select it to gain access to details, like a feature description, feature benefits, business value, and applicable industries. It's important to note that each feature has a different set of business value metrics, and more details are available in the Business Value 3 pager in the Resources section. Overview videos, screenshots, and other media assets are available to better visualize and understand the specifics of the feature and the value that it provides. The SAP Business AI feature estimator provides customers, partners and SAP teams an interactive way to gain insight on how many SAP Business AI units are needed for specific use cases, the value the feature provides for the use cases, and a transparent view of the costs associated with it. When you enter the SAP Business AI feature estimator, you can get started by setting up some basic parameters that will carry over into all of the features you wish to estimate value and cost. This is an optional step, but it will make several estimates easier to create. You can set the specific industry, number of employees, and revenue. Several metrics are industry-specific, such as the average cost per full-time employee, and thus influence the resulting value added per feature or use case. The total employees of an entity, such as blue- and white-collar workers, but excluding contractors, can also be configured. As some value drivers scale by employees of the respective entity, the resulting value added is scaled accordingly if you choose to enter the information. You can also enter the revenue of your entity, like the group, or organizational unit, or entire company, for which AI feature or use case is applicable. The value details can be adjusted based on your specific assessment, and information on how the value was calculated is available using the info button. The total estimate including AI units, net savings, and total cost are displayed at the bottom and will calculate the overall totals as additional features are added. Optionally and for better organization, you can choose to edit details at the top of the screen for each section. Estimation period can help adjust the time period for a whole contract, for example, and currency can also be adjusted. Once you've completed the feature estimates of your choice, you can share it using the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen, or leverage the Request Quote button, which will pass the estimation details into a standard request form to get connected with an SAP account representative.
