Additional Configuration

This lesson focuses on finalizing your Joule Skill with two additional steps:

• Adding a Send Message to show users confirmation details and a navigation button.

• Configuring the End element to correctly map output fields.

Define the Send Message

1. In the flow editor, choose + between the second action and the End element.

   

2. Select Send Message.

   

3. Choose Open Message Editor.

   

4. The Message Editor opens.

   

5. Enter Badge Request in the Title field.

6. In the Text field, type Badge has been created for and use <> (Data Mapping) to add the badgeId and firstname parameters.

   

7. In the Illustration field, choose an appropriate illustration (e.g. Add People).

8. Choose Add Button and enter:

• Title: Go to Badge System.

9. Review the preview and choose Save.

10. Close the side pane and choose Save.

Configure the End Element

1. Select the End element.

   

2. Map the output fields as shown.

3. Close the side pane and choose Save.
