Test in Standalone Assistant

1. Open the SAP Build Lobby

2. Navigate to Control Tower -> Environments.

   

3. Select your environment ENV_.

   

4. Go to the Joule tab.

   

5. Choose Launch.

   

6. In the Joule Assistant window, start a new conversation. Enter the following request:

Please create a badge for the employee with the ID 1003764. The badge status is NEW and his community ID is john.doe@bestrunsap.com

7. Choose Send.

   

8. When Joule responds with a Badge ID, choose Go to Badge System.

   

9. Log in with:

• Username: code

• Password: me??Jam7

  

10. Confirm that the Badge ID appears in the list of requests.
