Importance of Collaboration
Collaboration is a cornerstone of successful process management. Instead of following a top-down approach, the process participants should have the opportunity to contribute their feedback. This is also true for the modeling phase, in which the knowledge of those involved can prove highly valuable. Although the Editor can check the syntax of your model, it can’t ensure its semantic correctness.
Working with Feedback
That’s why it’s important to gather information at an early state to guarantee the completeness of the process. Involving stakeholders as well as subject matter experts can be of help here. Watch the video below to see how you can request feedback from your colleagues.
After comments have been left, they’ll be visible directly in the Editor’s Comments panel. Here you can respond to your colleagues and mark their suggestions as Resolved or Rejected. In addition to the comment status, you can filter using the individual elements of your model.

Note
Publishing Diagrams
Once you’re done with modeling and incorporating any changes to your process, the next step is to publish it for all users in your organization to see. The following video will teach you two different methods to publish content to the Process Collaboration Hub.
