Perform Strategy Growth Plan via VDT

1. Select Growth Strategy from the menu bar.
   

2. Navigate the VDT so that the Cruise – Volume box is displayed, which is the number of Cruise Bikes which are going to be sold. Note the value of BR Forecast for Cruise Bikes.

   

3. Select the value for 2024 from Cruise - Volume to increase the percentage volume of Cruise bikes to be sold by 10%.

   

4. A pop-up is displayed which allows you to enter the expected increased volume.

   

5. Choose + 10 % and click OK.

   

6. Whilst the value is being calculated, Preparing Public Version for data entry is displayed.

7. Increase the price of Cruise bikes by $50 for 2024 by choosing the value of Cruise – Price in the 2024 field.

8. A pop-up is displayed which allows you to enter the expected increased volume.

9. Choose + 50 and click OK.

   

10. To save a copy of the Story, select File and Save As.

    

11. Ensure that the My Files folder is selected, if not, select the drop-down arrow next to Public and then select the My Files folder. Change the Name to include your User ID and then click Save to save.

    

12. To share the strategic plan with a colleague, choose the Collaboration icon from the top right corner of the screen.

    

13. Click + to create a new discussion.

    

14. Click + in the To field to search for a participant.

    

15. Type Annette into the search field. This will return ANNETTENASH.

    

16. Select ANNETTENASH and click OK.

17. In the message field at the bottom, type “I made a forecast for 2024. Please review and check.”.

    

18. Click the + next to the Message field to attach a story.

19. Click Link Story to link the recently created story.

    

20. Once the story is linked, click the Send icon.

    

21. Select the Collaboration icon again to close the panel.

22. If a popup appears, then select Leave.
