Manage Workforce Overview

Manage Workforce covers the maintenance of organizational information and the end-to-end lifecycle of employees and contingent workers, from hire to retirement. This process provides the core HR information that constitutes the foundation for all other HCM processes.

The Manage Workforce Architecture Leading Practice (ALP) will do the following:

  • Explain the HR process areas and how multiple modules support the end-to-end process of Manage Workforce
  • Explain the business value of each scenario
  • Summarize how SAP SuccessFactors modules are integrated from a data and process point of view
  • Summarize the various design planning considerations for Manage Workforce
