Recruit to Onboard Overview

Recruit to Onboard encompasses the entire business process of recruiting and onboarding the right talent. Recruit to Onboard is the key process of the HCM suite that starts with a candidate’s journey, all the way to becoming a new employee.

The Recruit to Onboard Architecture Leading Practice (ALP) will do the following:

  • Explain the HR process areas and how multiple modules support the end-to-end process of Recruit to Onboard​
  • Explain the business value of each scenario​
  • Summarize how SAP SuccessFactors modules are integrated from a data and process point of view
  • Summarize the various design planning considerations for Recruit to Onboard

Managers confirm the new employee's arrival and eligibility for payroll, with the option for a probation period. This process also integrates with a payroll system.
