Several integration options are available to extend the functionalities of SAP Cloud ALM for implementation.
- SAP Cloud ALM for Operations (Detect-to-Correct lifecycle: Detect, Analyze, Correct, and Automate): Ensure business continuity through full-stack monitoring, support, and proactive alerts, increase efficiency via automation and collaboration, predict anomalies, and optimize your SAP business solutions. The main aspects are Data Collection from managed services and systems, and Personalization and Configuration.
- SAP Cloud ALM for Service (Prepare-to-Follow-up lifecycle: Prepare, Deliver, Share, and Follow-up).: Collaboration between SAP and the customer for service delivery requires transferring data into the customer's SAP Cloud ALM tenant. This data transfer is automatically activated, and you can request to deactivate it. In a digitalized format, service delivery outcomes become faster, simpler to consume, and easy to track.
