Hi there. We've told you a lot about WalkMe. Now it's time to see it in action. Today, we will take a look at WalkMe on S/4HANA, but it's important to remember that WalkMe is vendor agnostic. This means we work on any browser-based platform and can even work across platforms in one seamless journey. We have a suite of solutions for all issues faced with digital adoption. Let's take you through some of them. In this demo, you will see how WalkMe Automation can stream and speed up a business process, saving time and ensuring accurate data inputs. Best Run is a company that uses S/4HANA for its purchase orders. The procurement team has noticed they haven't gotten as many purchase order requests since moving to S/4HANA for this process. This is where WalkMe Analytics can help. Most companies would only know that 22 new purchase orders were completed in a given period, because that's all they saw come in. They don't see how many were started, where people dropped off, or how long it took them to complete the process. Beginning at implementation, even before users are exposed to WalkMe, we're capturing user interactions. With that, we're able to see that there were actually 310 attempts to create a new purchase order, and at what points the users dropped off in the process. This allows the business to identify where to implement WalkMe to help users with the process. Now that we know where to leverage WalkMe, let's take a look at what an end user can experience once WalkMe is implemented on this process. Best Runs WalkMe Center of Excellence Team has built guidance on the purchase order process to help users accurately get to submission. They deployed this to all end users. Now, let's switch personas to Michelle, an end user seeing WalkMe for the first time. Michelle goes into S/4HANA and wants to create a purchase order. She's greeted with the WalkMe menu on the bottom right of her screen. She clicks on the menu to see what it is. When the WalkMe menu opens, Michelle sees several options related to common workflows she has to conduct. She quickly scans the list and sees there is something there for create a purchase order. Since this is what Michelle came to do in S/4HANA, she clicks on the link. Michelle is presented with a pop-up asking her a question. WalkMe needs to identify the purpose of the PO in order to determine the next step. This branching capability ensures Michelle is brought to the right PO form and completing the required fields for that PO. Michelle selects services or non-production materials. Michelle is presented with another question. Again, this is WalkMe using branching logic to determine the best course of action to take for this process. Best Run uses SAAPA Araba catalog for many of its supplies, so it is required that an employee first check Ariba for their item. In this scenario, Michelle has checked Ariba and her item is not in the catalog, so she selects, no, I have checked the catalog. Michelle has asked a final qualifying question to determine the next step of the process WalkMe should take. Michelle selects yes. Now that WalkMe has the information it needs to get Michelle started with the right PO process, it's going to take what it knows and automatically start the process for her. You can see WalkMe takes over and starts automatically filling in fields for Michelle. She isn't touching her screen or having to do any clicking. This automation is a huge time saver for Michelle, while also ensuring the right fields are selected and accurate data inputted. WalkMe will engage Michelle when it's ready for her to input any information it doesn't know. In this case, it's asking her to select the supplier. Michelle selects the icon to open up the supplier list. She selects her supplier from the list. WalkMe is now giving Michelle guidance on the requirements for new parts qualification and any equipment associated with it. WalkMe is also giving her the option to automate the process by letting WalkMe do it for her or allowing her to manually add the line items herself. She would like WalkMe to automate the process for her, so she chooses select both for me. Just as you saw with the previous automation, WalkMe is taking control and adding the applicable content needed for the PO. Michelle's hands are not touching the keyboard. WalkMe engages Michelle when it needs her to input information during the automation process. It's asking her to enter the order quantity and net order price in order to continue with the automation. Michelle enters her order quantity and net order price, which prompts the next step of the process. Michelle clicks next to continue the WalkMe guidance. Now that Michelle has entered the required fields to continue to continue, walk me picks back up with the automation of the process for her and will engage her when needed again note that michel isn't doing any clicking walk me is filling out the required fields with the correct data based on the input michelle gave it walk me is now engaging michel letting her know she needs to add a net order price for the project michel adds the net order price after doing that walk me picks back up with the automation of the process for her Michelle is now re-engaged by WalkMe and clicks next to continue the guidance. WalkMe lets Michelle know the parts have been added and she can continue on with the process. She selects next to continue. Michelle is now prompted to put in notes for the PO. WalkMe gives her suggestions on what to put in the notes. This helps take the guesswork out of what should be in the notes and ensures accurate notes are added to reduce any downstream rejections of the PO. Michelle ignores the Walk Me guidance and puts whatever she wants in the field. Michelle now notices a red circle on the side of her notes and clicks on it. This AI smart tip is alerting Michelle that what she has written in the notes section is not going to meet the standards required by the procurement team. It also provides suggestions on what she can do to enhance the notes to make them compliant with procurement needs. This is all powered by AI and helps Michelle ensure her PO doesn't get rejected. Michelle doesn't want to risk her PO getting rejected by procurement, so she takes the suggestion of the AI Smart Tip and rewrites her notes to include more details. Michelle sees the circle is now green, which means the notes are acceptable to procurement requirements. She is ready to move forward with the P.O. process and clicks order to continue. Michelle is alerted with a pop-up that she has completed the P.O., but WalkMe also lets her know that because her order was over a certain amount, she must submit an asset tag request in ServiceNow. Michelle wants to ensure the entire process is completed, so she clicks on Start. WalkMe is going to bring Michelle to Service Now and automate the asset tag request process for her. She sees that WalkMe has created a new incident record and completed the required fields for her in service now. All Michelle has to do is validate the fields are correct and add any other information she wants. If everything looks good, she can hit submit and finish the process. Michelle hits submit. WalkMe provides a pop-up, letting Michelle know she has successfully submitted her asset tag request. This is helpful as Michelle Now knows she's completed everything needed for her PO to get approved with no issues. Now that you've seen what the WalkMe implementation that Best Run put in place for its end users to create purchase orders looks like, and users have been using it for a month, let's take a look at how WalkMe has impacted this
