Registration cancelation allows members of the Supplier Registration Manager or SM Ops Administrator groups to cancel in-progress registrations.
Canceling an in-progress supplier registration:
- Removes the current registration project, including any data collected in questionnaires and any activity history
- Returns the supplier to Invited registration status so that you can start a new registration project
- Allows you to convert an external registration to an internal one or vice versa
To cancel a registration, the supplier must be private (not linked to an Ariba Network account) and must have a specific registration status that depends on the registration type you wish to cancel.
- If your organization uses process projects to manage supplier qualifications, you can't cancel a supplier registration if the supplier has one or more process qualifications, regardless of the registration type or status.
