Simplified Prompt for Joule Job Posting Template Recommendations
Overview & Use Case
The prompt for Job Posting Template recommendations has been simplified so that Joule, the SAP Fieldglass AI co-pilot, now searches for Templates based on requirements and not specific titles. Buyers can simply state their requirements using natural language, and Joule will search for Templates based on the provided input.
This enhancement improves conversational flow and usability while reducing selection errors and time-to-post in the application. It also minimizes additional support required from expert teams when selecting Job Posting Templates.
UI Impact & Workflow Changes
When a buyer user enters their Job Posting requirements into the prompt, Joule will recommend the top 3 matching Job Posting Templates.
Multi-Language and Translation Support in Joule
Overview & Use Case
Multi-language support in Joule addresses the need for native-language interaction in global and multilingual organizations. Joule can automatically detect user input when the system language is defined by the company, or, if different, the user-preferred language. For companies that translate Job Posting Templates, SOW Templates, and Reports into multiple languages, Joule can also automatically detect the user's preferred language and retrieve the corresponding localized template, if available. Joule immediately determines this at the start of a conversation and prompt engagement, immediately responding in the system or the user's preferred setting.
This automatic detection process provides a more inclusive and accessible user experience, increasing productivity and supporting global workforce inclusivity.
UI Impact & Workflow Changes
Multi-language support is available for all languages in SAP Fieldglass enabled for a company, except Mongolian, which is not currently available in Joule. When accessing the Joule co-pilot, users are greeted and given prompts in their preferred language.
Note
Templates and Reports must already be created in a user's preferred language for Joule to recommend them. Users must also have the relevant User Role Permissions (e.g. Job Posting Template/SOW view or manage, Job Posting/SOW submit) to retrieve the associated and translated Templates in Joule.
Decision Form Approval in Joule
Overview & Use Case
When viewing pending Work Items, a buyer user can now approve or reject Decision Forms directly within the Joule agent. If the company configuration for the Decision Form is enabled for a buyer, and the related procurement options are selected, this administration object becomes available when using Joule to review and manage pending work items.
This enhancement allows users to manage Work Items more efficiently, streamlines decision-making processes, reduces manual workload, and further improves operational turnaround time.
UI Impact & Workflow Changes
When requesting work item management within the Joule agent, users will now be shown Decision Form items for action when applicable. Users must have the relevant User Role Permissions enabled to manage Decision Forms. As part of the Joule agent engagement, users can also add a comment alongside the approval.
Legal Entity Recognition in Joule
Overview & Use Case
When the Legal Entity administration object is enabled for a company and Joule is used to create Job Postings and Statements of Work, a buyer user can now include the applicable Legal Entity in their requirements and prompts submitted to the agent. Joule will recognize the Legal Entity and populate the value on the respective documents.
This update now helps streamline talent acquisition and procurement processes for a buyer company, improving consistency and accelerating time-to-hire or time-to-engage.
UI Impact & Workflow Changes
When utilizing the Joule interface, a user will select Create Job Posting/Create Statement of Work and include the Legal Entity in the requirements. Joule will then check the application to confirm if the mentioned Legal Entity exists for the company and is associated with the requesting user. If the user has no access to the Legal Entity or the Legal Entity doesn't exist, Joule produces an error message.
Joule will confirm if the requester would like to proceed with the suggested Legal Entity, and if "Yes" is selected, the Legal Entity will be populated on the Job Posting review card.
When multiple potential matches are found, Joule will prompt the user to select one from the list.
