Describing SAP Fieldglass AI Features and Updates

Overview & Use Case

With this new functionality, Configuration Manager users can now streamline Qualification Library management with an AI-powered feature that automatically generates relevant Qualifications from defined Job Posting Templates and descriptions. This improvement not only reduces manual effort but also helps keep Qualification Libraries up to date and provides users with full control over which Qualifications to add to Job Postings.

UI Impact & Workflow Changes

In the Qualification Dictionary tile of the Self-Service dashboard, Configuration Managers will now see the Generate Qualification option available for selection beside the New button in the UI. When selected, Artificial Intelligence then analyzes the Job Posting and Job Posting Template descriptions and suggests relevant Qualifications.

Maintain Qualification Dictionary page modal window over the main Qualification Dictionary List page. Configuration Steps

A standard AI Acknowledgment will be required for user acceptance before the functionality operates and provides results. While only Configuration Managers can use the feature, once the Qualification is created, Buyer users can access the newly generated items from the Qualifications admin menu object.
