Customized Auto Reject Reason
Overview & Use Case
Automatic Rejection Levels in Approval Group functionality was introduced in a previous release that allows Buyers to configure a role in an approval group with an action that automatically rejects a submitted item when a specified level is reached and the conditions are met.
Although the document's status was updated, indicating that it was auto rejected, it didn't explain why.
This enhancement gives Administrators a way to define clear and meaningful rejection reasons for each module. It enables companies to define customized explanations for documents that are auto-rejected and provides additional context for Users to understand why a record was rejected.
UI Impact & Workflow Changes
Users will now see a new Auto Reject Type is available when creating Reasons.
Once configured, the Auto Reject Reason displays automatically whenever a document meets the rejection criteria defined in the Approval Group.
My Job Postings Card and Dashboard Ownership Visibility Enhancements
Overview & Use Case
In this improvement, new filters have been developed that aim to clearly identify which job postings were created on behalf of whom, while allowing quick access to key job posting details and statuses. These changes increase transparency, efficiency, and accountability for teams and users who frequently create job postings for others.
A buyer user can now filter across objects they own and those they've created for others by using the new Owned by Me and Created by Me filters on their My Job Postings Card and My Job Posting dashboard accordingly. These will enable quick access to Job Postings based on ownership or creator.
The enhancements improve overall visibility by clearly distinguishing owned vs. created Job Postings, accelerating navigation with quick access to the objects in their various statuses. This change also enhances user accountability when creating Job Posting on behalf of others.

UI Impact & Workflow Changes
On the My Job Postings card, the new option in the drop-down filter will be available for selection – Owned by Me and Created by Me. If the Owned by Me filter is chosen, the Job Posting, Status, Job Seekers, Next Steps, and Health columns appear.
If the Created by Me filter is chosen, the Owner column is also displayed.
User can also choose the Go to Job Posting Dashboard button to navigate to the Job Posting Dashboard to see how this filter applies on that specific interface as well. Once landed on the dashboard, a Job Ownership section appears at the top of the page with the same two filters now reflected as buttons to select between.
A user merely chooses either option to see those Job Postings they are defined as the owner on, or to see those that were merely created by them within SAP Fieldglass.
Configuration Steps
This is a standard change and update across the Job Posting Card and Dashboards for SAP Fieldglass users. No additional considerations or limitations apply to this functionality.
