An Executable Message for the Determination of a Billing Plan Template
Note
Enhancement to the App Release for Billing
Since release 2025 FPS1, you can use the app Release for Billing to process billing request lines (BRLs) of an ad hoc billing plan of a service order item. This gives you the choice to either use the app Release for Billing or the (backend) report CRMS4_SERVORD_BDR_GENERATE.

Two new search parameters have been introduced:
- BDR Creation Horizon (in Days)
- Billing Date
These parameters correspond to the selection fields of the report CRMS4_SERVORD_BDR_GENERATE.

Two new columns have been added to the search result list:
- Ad Hoc Billing: To indicate a billing request line
- Billing Date
The bottom right part of the figure shows an example.

You have created a credit memo request or a credit memo of an invoice that was generated from a billing document request associated with an ad hoc billing plan in a service order.
These documents are now displayed in the transaction history of the corresponding service order item.
Summary
