Core capabilities
Introduce new cloud BAdI SD_SLS_DETERMINE_RETURNS_PLANT to flexibly determine plants in customer returns:
- Use typical fields from document header and item, business partners, and extension info as input for business rules
- Support creation channels through Apps or APIs for customer returns.
This is applicable only with customer returns (document type CBAR)
