Decisions Checklist

Based on the content in this section, please review the list of implementation decisions your company may need to make before implementation begins and discuss them with your stakeholders, project team, and SAP SuccessFactors implementation consultants. In this way, you will be better prepared to begin the implementation.

  • Think about how you would like to manage employee information.
  • What personal and employment data do you currently use? What data is required? What data would you like to collect?
  • Does your company have any country-specific personal and employment data?
  • What personal information would you like to include in an employee’s file? What information will be required?
  • Are there any geographical differences? (Is there additional information needed for other locations? Do the requirements change based on location?)
