Customers need to stay on top of relevant legal changes in Employee Central Payroll. The regulatory change manager application allows you to filter and search for all legal updates that could impact your organization. For more information, please visit the Regulatory Change Manager.

The Analysis Center visually represents information regarding regulatory changes for a selected product within a specified period or country.

The list of legal changes affecting all SAP products in all countries is too big, so selecting only those relevant to your country and directly concerned with payroll is critical. You can choose the legal changes you need by using different filtering options. For example, to search for regulatory changes using natural language, enter a phrase like Changes in US payroll in the appropriate search field and click the Go button.

You can customize the filtering options to display only those that are inconvenient for you.

You can filter legal changes by country, product (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll), period, and status.

You can save your selected filter criteria by following these steps: Click the arrow next to the default selection name (usually Standard). Then, click the Save As button in the lower right corner of the My Views pop-up window. In the Save View window, enter a name for your selection in the provided field and click Save. Once saved, all saved filtering selections can be selected from the drop-down list by clicking on the arrow to the right with the name of the current selection.

You can also manage the notification settings for your filters and subscriptions.

All regulatory changes related to your Country/Region can now be found easily under the What's New tab.

Click on the corresponding line in the legal changes list to find general information about the specific regulatory change.

The Timeline tab provides information about the chronology of this legal change processing. You can subscribe to receive automatic notifications about this change.

Once this is done, the regulatory change you subscribed to the corresponding tab for the changes you are interested in.
