The steps below provide an outline of the tasks demonstrated in the Adding a New Hire to SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding video.
Steps
Search for Add New Hire to Onboarding using Action Search.
Select Add New Hire to Onboarding from the search results.
Complete the Basic Information required for the new hire. You have the option to add more information using the Provide Additional Data option.
Select Initiate Onboarding.
Result
The Onboarding process is initiated for the new hire that has been manually added to the system.
