Introducing People Analytics

SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics provides a set of report types to build formatted outputs using the data from the SAP SuccessFactors solution.

All reports can be found in a simple consolidated space – the Report Center. This tool provides a one-stop shop for all your Reporting needs, regardless of data source.

Through the Report Center you can create New reports or you can Run, Edit, Share, Import/Export, Schedule, and Label existing Reports.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM People Analytics provides several self-service reporting options. These include:

• Story Reports
• Table Reports
• Canvas Reports

All reports should be created as Stories when possible to prepare for the deprecation.

SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics can also transform the SAP SuccessFactors data, adding it to any other HR-related data. With Workforce Analytics (WFA), this data is transformed so you can do more complex analytics.

WFA enables "what-if" scenario analysis so your leaders can act with confidence and a clear understanding of the financial and operational implications of your plans.

Within Report Center users act as Report Consumers, Report Creators, or Report Administrators for the different report types.

• Report Consumers: Users who have been permissioned only to run reports shared by a Report Creator or Administrator.
• Report Creators: Users who can create, run, edit, or delete their reports from the Report Center and run any reports shared by another Report Creator or Administrator.
• Report Administrators: Users generally can create, run, edit, delete, share, copy, or export any report within the Report Center.

Report Center Administrators can perform functions in addition to creating and running reports that help enhance the overall usability and functionality within Report Center:

• Security
• Report Transfer
• Report Validation
