With the new AI capabilities, it is possible to use Assisted Writing to enhance the content of the comments provided in 360 Review Forms while evaluating the subject. The features of AI-Assisted Writing are Enhanced Writing, Change Tone, Make Shorter, Make Longer, Create Bulleted List, Analyze Text, and Translate.
The specific Generate Comments and Improve My Feedback options for the AI-Assisted Writing, available on the latest experience of Performance Management forms, can also be used in 360 Reviews, where participants can comment on Competencies and Skills during the 360 Evaluation stage:
- Generate Comments: Available when no text is selected, this item suggests six topics dynamically based on the current competency or skill rating. Users can choose one topic and let the tool generate detailed comments relevant to the competency or skill and its rating without requiring users to input initial text. Users can further edit the comments manually or with the help of the tool. Previously, users had to enter some content for the tool to expand or otherwise process.
- Improve My Feedback: Available when text is selected, this item assists users in providing clear, concise, and professional comments pertinent to a specific skill or competency and its rating. Users can view the improved feedback or evaluate multiple attempts in a separate dialog before applying a result.
