Navigating the SAP SuccessFactors Home Page

Upon logging into SAP SuccessFactors, you will see the Home page. It is also possible for system administrators to configure the look and feel of the Home page.

Using the Quick Actions cards, users can access their profile, manage their goals, create activities, and request and give feedback to others about their work. Additionally, custom cards can be created based on your organization’s needs.

When accessing the Home page, users will view pending tasks that require them to take action, named Engagement Cards, related to SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals, as well as other solutions.

These pending tasks are organized in a section named For You Today, where users can access their Performance Form, complete a 360 evaluation, access an ongoing Calibration Session, or review their goals that are approaching a due date or are overdue.

Navigation options are available in the Main Navigation Menu in the upper left corner. This menu displays modules that you have been permitted to access. Depending on your role and/or system configuration, this list may vary. Selecting a module name opens that module in SAP SuccessFactors.
