Decisions Checklist

Based on the content in this section, please review the list of implementation decisions your company may need to make before implementation begins and discuss them with your stakeholders, project team, and SAP SuccessFactors implementation consultants. In this way, you will be better prepared to begin the implementation.

  • Will you use 360 feedback for developmental purposes or performance reviews?
  • Who in your company will be evaluated using the 360 Review form?
  • How often will these reviews occur?
  • Who is involved in the selection and approval of raters for each employee?
  • How many raters should provide feedback for each employee? How many raters per category (e.g. peers, direct reports)?
  • Is there a minimum and/or maximum number of raters?
  • What are the names of the steps in your 360 Review process?
  • Is feedback anonymous?
  • Should this section provide instructional text? If so, what is it?
  • Would you like the Rater List to populate with raters by default? If so, who (e.g., self, manager, direct reports)?
  • Would you like to allow employees and/or managers to add or remove competencies and/or skills?
  • Will each employee be assessed on the same set of attributes, or will these vary based on job role/level?
  • Will you be asking for competency or behavioral feedback?
  • Should employees and managers be able to access the Writing Assistant when commenting on competencies?
  • Will you be using the AI-Assisted capabilities to generate comments or generate insights in the Detailed 360 Report?
  • Do you want a calculation of an overall form rating (all competencies/skills/goals averaged together) included as part of your feedback?
  • Once all the 360 Review feedback is completed, who should be able to access the Detailed 360 Report?
  • Do your scale values have descriptions?
