Reviewing SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Enhancements in the 2H 2025 Release

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to describe the features of the 2H 2025 release.

Transfer Individual Talent Data from Inactive to Active Employment

You can now transfer an individual’s talent data from their inactive to active employment all at once using the Manage Individual Talent Data Transfer tool.

Data supported for transfer is determined by your company's product licenses and enabled modules. You can transfer all or none of a person's talent data records. Partial transfers are not supported. Besides, you can search for transfer records by subject person, data category, and time range on the Transfer History page to track results.

The data for subjects is currently not supported for transfer.
Career DevelopmentDevelopment goalA development goal record contains all data related to the development goal, including custom learning activities and legacy learning activities. Linked activities are transferred in the Continuous Performance channel data category, and they will be available on the goal details page after data transfer.

To explore detailed information on module-specific transfer behaviors, please refer to the Guide topic in the Related Information section.

Employees with at least one inactive employment and one active employment can benefit from this data transfer tool, such as rehires or those who have completed a global assignment or concurrent employment. After transfer, employees can access past talent data directly from their current employment in both the web and mobile applications, and shape continuous insights into performance and growth.

Upload, Update, and Download XML Templates in Manage Templates

You can now upload new XML templates, update existing ones, and download them using the Manage Templates admin tool. The XML templates include performance form templates, 360 form templates, goal plan templates, and development goal plan templates.

On each module tab in Manage Templates, you can do the following:

  • Upload new templates if you have the required permission.
  • Update existing templates if you have the required permission.
  • Download templates for offline editing.
  • View template revisions to learn about the change history of a template.

In addition to the new features, we've also enhanced several labels and messages in the tool.

Note

We plan to deprecate the feature of uploading XML goal plan and development goal plan templates using Provisioning. To ensure business continuity, we recommend switching to the Manage Templates admin tool starting from the 2H 2025 release.

This feature is from customer idea 211002, customer idea 333744, and customer idea 336846. It gives customers more ownership and reduces the need for editing templates through implementation partners, therefore speeding up the template build process.

Configuration Requirements

You can download templates and view template revisions without any configurations. However, you need a role-based permission to upload new templates and update existing ones. For more information, see Role-Based Permission Prerequisites.

Role-Based Permission Prerequisites

You have the Administrator PermissionsManage TemplatesUpload and Update XML Templates in Admin Center permission.

Note

The permission category Manage Form Templates has been renamed to Manage Templates.

What's Changed

This screenshot shows the Upload New Template button in Manage Templates.

In the current version, you can upload, update, and download XML templates in Manage Templates.

This screenshot shows the previous version of Manage Templates before the upload button was added.

Previously, you couldn't upload, update, or download XML templates in Manage Templates.

Minor Enhancements to the Latest Goal Management

We've made some enhancements to the latest Goal Management.

Here are the details:

EnhancementBeforeAfter
We enhanced the confirmation message and button label in the confirmation dialog for Edit Performance Goal, Create Performance Goal, Edit Team Goal, Create Team Goal, Edit Development Goal, and Create Development Goal pages. The changes also apply to occurrences in Performance Management, 360 Reviews, Succession Planning, and Career Development.

Previously, when users wanted to exit these pages, the message in the confirmation dialog was "Are you sure you want to discard the changes?", and the corresponding button label was Keep Going.

Currently, the message is "If you've made any changes, they won't be saved. Are you sure you want to discard them?" and the Keep Going label is changed to Cancel, which improves clarity and consistency.

On the Goals landing page and Manage Team Goals page, the button label More is changed to Show More for term consistency.Previous Manage Team Goals button label 'More'New Manage Team Goals button label 'Show More'
We enhanced the error message displayed when saving goal plan templates. This error occurs when you select field IDs that are reserved for internal use.The previous error message only indicates the error.

The error message only showed that an error occurred when saving the template, but didn't specify the cause.

The current error message indicates the cause and solution.

Now, the error message shows the cause of the error and provides a solution, which helps users to resolve the problem more efficiently.

On the Goals landing page, the warning messages for goal number and weight limits are now displayed as message strips.Messages are hidden in the information icon. The warning messages were hidden in the information icon, which could be easily ignored.Messages are shown below the status filter. The warning messages are now shown in message strips under the goal filter, ensuring that users are clearly notified of the defined limits on goal number and total goal weight. The messages can be closed and reappear when users revisit the page.
On the Manage Team Goals page, the search result is now refreshed when users reset search fields. When users reset the search field of Goal Name or Assignee, the search result remained as the last search. Now, the search result is refreshed when search fields are reset, improving users' experience.
We enhanced the printing pattern of the goal comments and linked learning sections. The linked learning section is for development goals only.
Users can select all loaded goals during the goal selection step in the Assign Team Goal and Cascade Goal dialogs. We increased the number of loaded goals and renamed the Select All checkbox for clarity.Previously, the number of loaded goals at a time was 20, and the checkbox to select all loaded goals was labeled Select All.The number of loaded goals at a time is now increased to 100, and the checkbox is renamed Select All Loaded Goals.
We changed the permission for sharing and unsharing team goals.Previously, users needed access permission to another user's goal plan to share or unshare team goals with others. Now, with the Share Team Goals permission only, they can share and unshare team goals with anyone in the organization.
On the Goals landing page, the goal filter component is upgraded to the latest standard.Screenshot of the goal status filter with colorsScreenshot of the goal status filter without colors

Note that, after the upgrade, the status filter no longer supports displaying colors for different statuses.

These updates enhance usability and provide a more streamlined experience in the latest Goal Management.

Configuration Requirements

The latest Goal Management is enabled.

Import Goals for Target Population

You can now import performance and development goals only for a specified target population using the Import Goals and Import Development Goals admin tools.

Previously, with the Administrator PermissionsManage GoalsImport Goals permission, you could import goals for any active users in the system. Now, if you're subject to the new child permission Import Goals for Target Population and attempt to import goals for users outside your target population, you receive an error message in the goal import email notification.

This feature is from customer idea 323004 and customer idea 312980. It allows customers to manage employee goals in a more organized manner.

Role-Based Permission Prerequisites

You have the Administrator PermissionsManage GoalsImport Goals for Target Population permission, in addition to the Import Goals permission.

Enhancements to Data Viewing in Full Profile

We've introduced more enhancements to the data viewing experience with Full Profile cards.

General Enhancements

What's ChangedDescription
Field masking

Field masking is now supported for all custom MDF objects and the following pre-delivered MDF cards:

  • Advances
  • Alternative Cost Distribution
  • Dismissal Protection
  • One-Time Deductions
  • Recurring Deductions
  • Payment Information
  • Work Order
  • Employee Cost Assignment
  • Higher Duty or Temporary Assignment

Field masking is now also supported for Employee Information card, dynamic fields and pie charts in the Compensation Information card.

General Audit

General Audit now supports auditing the access to a specific full profile category and Spotlight. For more information, see Managing General Audit.

Show external codes of objects

In the legacy People Profile, external codes for Foundation Objects and Generic Objects are always displayed in parentheses next to their external names.

In the latest People Profile, external codes for Foundation Objects, Generic Objects, and picklist option IDs can be displayed. But these external codes are not shown by default. To configure the display, select Settings from the user account menu in the global header and enable or disable the People Profile Data DisplayShow External Codes setting.

As an administrator, you can control whether users can show or hide external codes. Use the admin setting Configure Latest People ProfileGeneral SettingsShow external codes for all users. By default, this admin setting is off and users can control the display of external codes themselves. If you turn on the admin setting, users can't configure the Show External Codes setting and external codes are displayed on all profiles for everyone.

Note

The following areas are not controlled by the two settings and always display external codes:
  • The new data Editing UI of the Full Profile: In this UI, external codes always appear in dropdown lists. When you select a value or leave a field unchanged, only the label is shown.
  • Employee Information and User Information cards on Full Profile
  • The Cost Center field in Job Information
  • Profile Preview
  • The profile header of the Full Profile, where the employee's basic information is displayed

For more information, see Configuring General Settings for the Latest People Profile.

Employment indicators and statuses

Employment indicators and statuses for inactive employment records on the latest People Profile are now consistently formatted in alignment with the formatting pattern of the Paused status. The indicator for Past or Future employment, which is within parentheses, is now positioned after the Inactive status. These enhancements standardize the format, enabling you to clearly distinguish between employment types and their statuses.

In the current version, the employment indicator and status for past or future inactive employments follows the formatting pattern <Employment Type> - Inactive <(Past/Future)>.

Previously, the employment indicator and status followed the formatting pattern <(Past/Future)> Inactive - <Employment Type>.

Create PPTC reports (only for customers using PPTC on legacy People Profile)The option to create talent card under Actions

For customers that have enabled Pixel Perfect Talent Card (PPTC) for the legacy People Profile, you can now create PPTC reports through Actions on the latest People Profile.

To configure the data sources for PPTC reports, use this tool Configure Latest People ProfileGeneral Settings.

For more information, see Creating a Pixel Perfect Talent Card (PPTC) Report for an Employee in People Profile.

View direct reports and team sizeThe number of direct reports and total reports are displayed under the manager's profile picture.

On a manager's Full Profile, you can now view the number of employees who directly report to the manager and the size of the manager's team.

You can also view the photos, names, job titles, and employments of direct reports. Depending on your permissions, you can access each direct report's Profile Preview and Full Profile.

Note

Remember
  • By default, contingent workers are included in the team size and direct reports shown in the latest People Profile unless administrators hide them for everyone in the company by updating the Org Chart Configuration. To do this, select the admin setting Company SettingsOrg Chart ConfigurationHide Contingent Workers in Org Chart. The Include Contingent Workers display setting in the Org Chart for end users does not affect the team size and direct report calculation in the latest People Profile. For more information, see Hiding Contingent Workers in Org Chart.
  • You can control whether multiple employments are displayed for direct reports. For more information, see and Hiding Certain Active Employments of an Employee in Global Header Search Results.
  • Inactive users are not included in the team size and direct reports.

For more information, see Profile Preview of the Latest People Profile.

Collapsed and pinned profile headerThe employee’s display name, login name, photo, and job titles are pinned when you scroll down.

We’ve updated the left category list on the Full Profile page so that the profile header containing basic employee information such as photo, job title, and pronouns will now automatically collapse into a pinned header as you scroll. Once collapsed, only the employee’s photo, display name, login name, and job title remain visible at the top of the page.

Quick access to Profile PreviewSelecting the icon button next to the user name opens the Profile Preview.

You can open the Profile Preview from the Full Profile page or any card's details page by selecting the (Show employee details) icon next to the user name.

Add fields to the profile headerThree fields, Hire Date, City', and Country' are displayed below the profile photo in Full Profile.

As an administrator, you can now add up to three fields to the header of Full Profile so that additional employee information, such as employees' alternative employee names can appear in the header. The profile displays this field data as read-only. These fields are the same as those available for the Employee Information card in Full Profile. For more information, see Displaying Additional Employee Information in Profile Header.

Work schedule details view

You can now view the work schedule details from the Job Information page and the Time Management section of the People Profile. We've made accessibility enhancements to the Work Schedule Details dialog.

In the current rating, the actual rating, the maximum value, and the minimum value are shown separately in three columns.

Previously, the Rating column showed both the actual rating and the maximum scale rating, and there was no minimum scale rating displayed. Now, the Rating column only shows the actual rating. There are separate columns for the maximum and minimum scale ratings.

Notes (Available only for customers who have migrated Notes from the legacy People Profile)NewNotes card and its details page

Allows you to add a note as a comment or a remark to an employee's profile, make it visible to other users, and find here all the notes from you and shared with you.

Permission requirements for Notes are as follows:

  • To create a note for anyone, you must have the User PermissionsGeneral User PermissionPermission to Create Notes permission.
  • To view a note, you must be the author or an individual with whom the note is shared.
  • To edit a note, you must be the author or an individual with whom the note is shared. You must also have the Permission to Create Notes permission.
  • To delete a note, you must be the author and have the Permission to Create Notes permission.
  • If you are the recipient or a person with whom the note is shared, you can remove yourself as a viewer if you have the Permission to Create Notes permission.

The Notes card is migrated from the legacy People Profile. As an administrator, you can configure the migrated Notes card as you would configure other cards. However, you cannot create an additional Notes card. For more information, see Key Points About Migration.

We're enhancing the Full Profile data viewing experience to simplify navigation and streamline data management, enabling employees, managers, and administrators to increase productivity and make informed decisions more efficiently.

Configuration Requirements

Full Profile's redesigned data viewing experience is enabled by default through the setting Admin CenterCompany System and Logo SettingsEnable Full Profile for the latest People Profile. You can migrate legacy People Profile configurations to the latest Full Profile to avoid setting up the same options again in the new experience.

To learn more about the timeline for enabling Full Profile and running the migration, refer to the community blog: New People Profile Experience.

Note

  • If you have already run the migration, you do not need to run it again for the 2H 2025 release unless you want to migrate specific legacy configurations for newly added cards. Consider the following:
    • The Notes block and its configurations

Notes can only be migrated. You can't add the Notes card to Full Profile.

    • The visibility setting and help text of the Income Tax Declaration and One-Time Deductions blocks

Instead of running the migration, you can configure these settings for the corresponding new cards using the Configure Latest People Profile admin tool.

    • Block IDs and MDF screen IDs

Migrate these only if you continue to use legacy block deep links. We strongly recommend that you start using new deep links to Full Profile as legacy deep links are being deprecated. Refer to Deep Links to Full Profile Categories and Cards.

  • If you have configured Full Profile, running migration again will overwrite your last modified configurations with the migrated legacy settings no matter whether you have enabled Full Profile or not.

For more information, see Key Points About Migration and Enabling Full Profile of Latest People Profile.

Role-Based Permission Prerequisites

For required permissions to access a specific Full Profile card, see the prerequisites listed in the "Full Profile Cards" table and the help documentation: Role-Based Permissions for Latest People Profile.

When Full Profile of the latest People Profile is enabled, you can configure links to the latest People Profile cards in the form template. On existing forms, links to legacy People Profile blocks that meet specific conditions can also open the latest card view.

Here are the details:

  • In the Manage Templates admin tool, you can use the new configuration [[CARDLINK|<cardId>|<displayName>]] to add card links to a form template. Forms launched from the template will display button-style links to the cards. When users are working on an employee's form, they can select a card link to view and edit the employee's profile information in a dialog, just like what they can do in the latest People Profile. For the supported card links, see Adding Latest People Profile Card Links to Forms.
  • Your existing forms may be based on templates containing the block link configuration [[BLOCKLINK|<blockId>|<displayName>]]. Previously, all block links on the forms opened a dialog that displayed the legacy block view. Now, a block link can display the latest card view, if the following conditions are met:

The block is supported in the latest People Profile.Blocks in Legacy People Profile and Cards in Latest People Profile
The block has a one-to-one relationship with a card.
You've migrated your legacy People Profile configurations to the latest experience.Migrating Legacy People Profile Configurations

If any of these conditions aren't met, a block link continues to open the legacy block view.

Note

Although certain block links now display the latest card view, we strongly recommend that you change them to card links in your form templates. The block link configuration is planned to be deprecated.

These enhancements ensure that users have a more consistent experience when accessing profile information on the form and in the latest People Profile.

Configuration Requirements

  • Full Profile of the latest People Profile is enabled.
  • Card links are configured in the form template.
  • For an existing block link to display the latest card view, all conditions listed in the feature details section must be satisfied.

Add Link to Detailed 360 Report in Email Notifications

You can now include a link to the Detailed 360 Report in the 360 Document Complete Notification email template using a new tag.

To add the link, go to Email Notification Templates Settings and insert the tag [[PM360_DETAILED_REPORT_URL]] into your 360 Document Complete Notification email template. We recommend placing the tag at the end of the email body for each supported language.

How the tag is rendered depends on whether the option Enable HTML email notifications is selected in Company System and Logo Settings:

  • If selected, the tag appears as a clickable phrase: Detailed 360 Report for {subject user's full name}.
  • If not selected, it's resolved as a clickable URL, preceded by an introductory text: For an overview of raters’ feedback, view {URL}.

This enhancement provides users with immediate access to Detailed 360 Reports from their email, reducing the need to navigate through the system.

Configuration Requirements

To use this feature, make sure that you've met the following requirements:

  • You've enabled the 360 Document Complete Notification template.
  • You've inserted the tag [[PM360_DETAILED_REPORT_URL]] into the template, for all the languages you want to use.
  • If you've selected the option Hide Detailed 360 Report link unless {x} participants complete their forms in Form Template Settings, the link appears in the email notifications only after enough participants have completed the form.
  • Intended notification recipients have permission to view the Detailed 360 Report.

What's Changed

This screenshot shows the 360 Document Complete Notification email template and how the 360 Detailed Report link can be added.

A new template tag, [[PM360_DETAILED_REPORT_URL]], is now supported.

Send Multiple Email Reminders for Upcoming 360 Review Steps

You can schedule several reminder notifications to prompt participants before a 360 review step is due.

In Form Template Settings, a new option called Series Due Notification Dates (days before due date) lets you schedule multiple reminders using the Step Due Notification template. Enter numbers separated by commas to define how many days in advance reminders are sent.

For example, entering 2,3,5,7 sends reminders two, three, five, and seven days before the step’s due date. This option overrides any settings for the existing option Default Due Notification Date (in days), which supports only a single reminder. The screenshot below shows how this option can be used:

The example shows 2, 3, 5, and 7 entered for the new option Series Due Notification Dates (days before due date).

Multiple reminders help increase response rates and ensure participants have enough time to complete their tasks, leading to a smoother and more reliable 360 review process.

Configuration Requirements

  • You've selected the Step Due Notification template in E-Mail Notification Templates.
  • Entering numbers for this new option will cancel any setting for Default Due Notification Date (in days).

Auto-Activate Calibration Sessions

You can now create job requests to automatically activate Calibration sessions.

A new setting Auto-activate sessions has been added to the Advanced tab of the template at Admin CenterManage Calibration Templates. Here are the details:

  • You can auto-activate sessions at the template level or session level. If you set an activation date only in the template and do not specify a different date for individual sessions, the sessions will be auto-activated on the date defined in the template. If you assign a different activation date to individual sessions, that date will take priority. If no activation date is set for either the template or the sessions, the sessions based on the template will not be auto-activated, even if the option is enabled. You can set activation date at template or session level.
  • A new setting, Enforce session activation, has been added under Auto-activate sessions. When enabled, if validation errors are found for certain subjects, those subjects will be removed from the corresponding session, allowing the sessions to be activated. Previously, sessions could not be activated if errors were found for subjects during validation.
  • After you enable the Auto-activate sessions option for a template and set your desired activation date, you must create job requests at Admin CenterScheduled Job Manager to auto-activate sessions that use this template. A new job type, Auto-Activate Calibration Sessions on Planned Date, is now available. This screenshot shows that you can create job requests at Admin Center > Scheduled Job Manager to auto-activate sessions.
  • When the auto-activation job is completed, you will receive email notifications detailing the results of the activation process. However, if the job runs but finds no sessions to activate, no email notifications will be sent.

This new feature is from customer idea 314962, customer idea 297892, and customer idea 221037. It significantly streamlines workflows, reduces the time spent on manual processes, and ensures that sessions are activated promptly and efficiently.

Configuration Requirements

Adjusted Time Frame for Data Used in AI-Assisted Performance Insights

We added a one-year upper limit to certain data sources that are used for generating AI-assisted performance insights on the form.

Previously, generative AI utilized all available data created during the form's review period, spanning from the start date to the due date.

Now, the data usage depends on the length of the review period:

  • If the review period is one year or less, generative AI uses all available data created in this period. This is the same as the previous logic.
  • If the review period exceeds one year, generative AI uses all comments and feedback provided for the form during the period, along with data from other sources within the most recent year up to the form due date. Accordingly, a different message is displayed in the Data Referenced section to reflect this new logic.

This enhancement improves the relevancy of the data and the performance of the feature.

Mass Route Ungrouped Forms to a Specific Step

In the Route Form admin tool, you can now mass route forms to a specific step if they use the same template and route map.

To route multiple forms, you search for them by specifying the template or uploading form IDs, and then select your target forms from the search results. Now, if all forms in the search results share the same template and route map, you can mass route them using the Move the form to a specific step option. Previously, this option was available only when you selected forms from a form group or selected an individual form. For a list of ungrouped forms, you could only mass route them one step forward or backward, or route them to completion.

Forms with modified route maps might not be mass routed to a specific step. For details, see pages in Related Information.

This enhancement is from customer idea 203756. It significantly reduces the manual effort by administrators to route ungrouped forms one by one to a specific step.

New Rule Scenario: Add Review Steps Upon Form Routing

When the latest experience of Performance Management forms is enabled, you can configure business rules that add one or multiple steps to the Modify stage of the form. This feature enables you to include additional reviewers based on certain conditions.

The steps that can be added are pre-configured in route maps and marked as Hidden Until Rule Execution. When a form with a hidden step is being routed forward and the conditions defined in the rule are met, the rule is executed, making the step visible on the form. All step types are supported.

You can define conditions for an overall rating, a custom section field, or the total number of skill, competency, or goal ratings that fall into a specific value range. Here are some examples of conditions:

  • The manager's manual overall form rating is higher than 4 or lower than 2.
  • The matrix manager gives three or more skill ratings between 0 and 2, inclusive.
  • The employee selects a checkbox to consent to an additional review.

This feature allows rule-based addition of reviewers, ensuring a more flexible and thorough review process that meets your organization’s requirements.

Configuration Requirements

Using this rule scenario requires the following configurations. For step-by-step procedures, see the Related Information section.

  • In the Performance Management Feature Settings admin tool, you've selected the Enable the latest experience of Performance Management forms option.

New Rule Scenario: Change Field Visibility, Editability, and Required Status on Forms

When the latest experience of Performance Management forms is enabled, you can configure business rules that set specific fields on forms to visible or hidden, editable or read-only, and required or optional, when certain conditions are met.

A common use case is mandating reviewers to provide justifications when they give the lowest or highest rating.

Here are some examples of applying this rule scenario:

  • If the manager gives a rating higher than 4 or lower than 2, an optional comment box becomes required. They must provide a justification before submitting their review.
  • If the matrix manager gives a rating higher than 4 or lower than 2, a mandatory checkbox for consenting to an additional review appears on the form. They must select this checkbox before submitting their review.
  • If the employee selects the Extremely Disagree option for a statement, a required text field appears under this option. They must provide a reason before submitting their review.

The new rule scenario provides the flexibility to show form fields differently based on user input.

Configuration Requirements

Using this rule scenario requires the following configurations. For step-by-step procedures, see the Related Information section.

  • In the Performance Management Feature Settings admin tool, you've selected the Enable the latest experience of Performance Management forms option.
  • In the Performance Management Feature Settings admin tool, you've selected the Enable business rules for Performance Management option.

    Note

If you've configured business rules for overall customized weighted rating calculation before the 2H 2025 release, the Enable business rules for Performance Management option is selected by default. Otherwise, this option is not selected by default.
  • In the Manage Templates admin tool, you've properly configured the fields for which you want to create a rule.
  • In the Configure Business Rules admin tool, you've used the Change Field Visibility, Editability, and Required Status on Forms rule scenario to create a business rule for the intended form template.
  • In the Assign Rules in Talent admin tool, you've assigned the rule to all of the following triggers: Field Change, Form Opening, and Form Saving.

Note

When forms are routed to the next step using admin tools or the mass route button in Form Inbox, the system doesn't verify whether fields marked as required by rules are completed. As a result, forms can move forward even if the required fields aren't filled in. We're working on addressing this limitation. Please be careful when mass routing forms with rule-based validation.

Share Activities Across Channels in Continuous Performance Page

Users are now able to share their activities across channels where they participate, giving relevant users the ability to view and edit these activities collaboratively. These activity sharing records are reportable with Story reports.

Only the channel participant who is responsible for completing the activities within a channel can share them with other channels in two ways. They can also control whether the target channel owners can view and add comments on each activity. This setting is pre-selected as the default.

On the My Activities with [channel owner's name] page, select the Share Activities button and choose activities that they want to share with another channel in the pop-up dialog.

On the Activity Details page, select the Share button or the Channels ([count]) link in the Shared With: field, and in the pop-up dialog, choose channels that they want to share the activity with.

Share Activities with Another Channel dialog pops up after the user selects the Share Activities button.Share Activity Across Channels dialog with the Activity Details page.

Channel owners, on the other hand, can track the source and destination channels of a shared activity through the Channels ([count]) link in the Shared With: field on Activity Details page. The field and link are only available for activities shared across channels.

On the activities overview page, both channel owners and participants can see the (Shared across channels) icon on the card of activities that have been shared, to distinguish them from those haven't.

Channel owners cannot share activities but can view the source and destination channels of activities shared by the participants

The activity sharing records are also reportable with Story reports. The newly added data table Activity Sharing includes data such as activity IDs, date information, user information, and channel information. It can be accessed from the root table Activity under the schema Continuous Performance Management. Another table Captured Activity Sharing includes data of shared activities that were saved to meeting history. It can be accessed from the root table Captured 1:1 Meetings (meeting history between managers and direct reports) or Captured Channel Meetings (meeting history between employees not in a manager-direct report job relationship).

Activity Sharing data table and Captured Activity Sharing data table in Story reports.

Sharing an activity across channels engages all stakeholders in collaboration and allows for coordinated progress tracking.

New Delegation Request Card on Home Page

Delegatees can now manage delegation requests directly from the Home Page with a new to-do card feature.

We've added a Delegation Request to-do card on the Home Page. This card allows delegatees to view details of delegation requests, including the delegator's profile picture, the name of the performance form, the valid period of the task, and the employee's name whose form needs review. Delegatees can accept or reject requests directly from this card or navigate to SettingsDelegation from the card. Delegatees can see all "open" delegation requests in this to-do card, whether created before or after the 2H 2025 release.

This enhancement simplifies the process for delegatees, allowing them to manage requests quickly and efficiently without navigating to the personal settings page.

Configuration Requirements

This feature is only available in the latest home page experience.

What's Changed

The Delegation Request card displays on the home page.
