Explaining Benefits of Badges in the Profile.

Recognition is a good motivator. Employees can recognize each other by giving badges outside the SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Compensation Management process. This can be done in the Badges block in the People Profile.

Administrators can create custom badges in the Admin Center from Action Search→Manage Badges.

Up to 20 badges can be enabled. This includes custom and predefined badges.

Once a badge is given, it cannot be edited. Only the employee who gave or received the badge can remove the badge. Users cannot add badges to their own profiles.

• Badges in People Profile enable employees to recognize peers, motivating and fostering positive workplace interactions.
