Reviewing the Decisions Checklist

Based on the content in this section, please review the list of implementation decisions your company may need to make before implementation begins and discuss them with your stakeholders, project team, and SAP SuccessFactors implementation consultants. In this way, you will be better prepared to begin the implementation.

• Will end users be able to assign proxies or is it only for administrators?

• Will you enable the Built-In Product Support tab for your administrators?

• Will you use the same theme for all the users in your organizations? If not, what will be the criteria to determine the theme that users see (Department, Division, or Location)?

• Do you plan to use the Fuzzy Search option in the People Search?

• Do you think you will enable Joule in your SAP SuccessFactors system?
• Do you plan to purchase AI Units license to use AI-Assisted Writing, etc.?

• Discuss proxy assignment permissions for end users versus administrators with your stakeholders and project team.
• Decide whether to enable the Built-In Product Support tab for administrators.
• Determine if a universal theme or criteria-based themes will be used across the organization.
• Evaluate the use of the Fuzzy Search option in the People Search feature.
• Consider enabling Joule and purchasing AI Units for AI-Assisted Writing capabilities.
