Reviewing the Decisions Checklist

Based on the content in this section, please review the list of implementation decisions your company may need to make before implementation begins and discuss them with your stakeholders, project team, and SAP SuccessFactors implementation consultants. In this way, you will be better prepared to begin the implementation.

• Will you use the Mobile Application in your organization?

• Who will have access to the Mobile Application? (Everyone or groups of users)

• Do you want to enable the Mobile Application for all the supported modules in your scope, or will you make a selection?

• Will you use the Org Chart in the Mobile Application?

• Decide if users will have the ability to deactivate mobile notifications in the app.
• Determine whether to use event-triggered notifications, administrator-triggered notifications, or both.
• Evaluate whether the Mobile Application will be deployed across the organization.
• Identify who will have access to the Mobile Application—everyone or specific user groups.
• Choose whether to enable all supported modules in the Mobile Application or select only specific ones relevant to your needs.
• Decide if the Org Chart functionality will be activated in the Mobile Application.
