The SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solution uniquely combines applicant tracking, job distribution, and candidate relationship management capabilities with intelligent technologies.

In this course, you will explore how the following features within the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solution help customers deliver an exceptional candidate experience:
- Career Site Builder (CSB)
- Candidate Relationship Management
- Recruiting Advanced Analytics

The SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting: Recruiter Experience Academy (THR83) includes the applicant tracking system (ATS) and Recruiting Posting. These applications are formerly known as Recruiting Management.
The SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting: Candidate Experience Academy (THR84) (this course) includes Career Site Builder (CSB), Candidate Relationship Management, and Recruiting Advanced Analytics. These applications are formerly known as Recruiting Marketing.
The Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is implemented first, specifically the configuration of the customer's job requisition template(s). Sometimes, CSB configuration is begun while other elements of the customer's ATS configuration are being completed.
Course Scenario: Best Run
Throughout this course, you will follow a fictitious organization, Best Run, on its journey to implementing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Career Site Builder, Candidate Relationship Management, and Recruiting Advanced Analytics.
