Talent Pool and Email Campaign information are reportable via Report Center:
- Details of a talent pool
- Candidates in a talent pool
- Details of an email campaign
- Candidates in an email campaign
- List of talent pools with details including Name, Description, Sharing, Owner, and Status
The reports are available in Recruiting V2 reports, not Recruiting V2 Secured reports. Ensure that users who generate the report have permission to do so: Admin Center→Manage Permissions Roles→Permissions→Reports Permission→Create Report: Recruiting V2.
Users who run the report must have the Run Report permission: Admin Center→Manage Permissions Roles→Permissions→Reports Permission→Run Report: Recruiting V2
The report shown below displays the names and Candidate IDs of each talent pool member, associated with the status they are in. The report is filtered to contain only the Web Developers talent pool, and results are sorted by status.
