You can create custom headers and footers that can be added to job requisitions. A common header may include the company’s mission while a footer may include an Equal Opportunity Employer statement.
In order to use this functionality, it must first be enabled in the back end of the system. If you are not able to see or use this functionality, contact your implementation consultant or customer support to enable the functionality in the back end.
To enable the functionality in the front end:
- Use Action Search to locate Manage Headers and Footers.
- Enter the name of the header and footer; for example, US Job Requisitions.
- Select the locale to specify the language in which the header and footer will be written.
- Set up different filters: Values set in these filters are compared to the values set in the filter fields of the job requisition when a recruiting user selects a template. The template that has the most matching values appears as the [Recommended] template.
- Configure text for header and footer: You can decide if the same text should be populated on internal as well external postings, or if the text should be different.
Once the header and footer are configured, they will be automatically available on job requisitions as long as the user has proper permissions defined. Before assigning specific header and footer information to the requisition, the user has ability to review the text.

The candidate will see the following headers and footers within the job posting:
