The integration of LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect (RSC) with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting streamlines the recruitment process by enabling seamless data sharing and synchronization between the two platforms. This includes key recruiting data such as candidates, applications, and job requisitions. By connecting these systems, organizations can minimize manual tasks, reduce the need for switching between tools, ensure data consistency, accelerate decision-making, and enhance recruiter productivity.
The Recruiter System Connect plug-in, located in the Security Center of SAP SuccessFactors, allows administrators to activate LinkedIn RSC and select the appropriate contract. This initial setup ensures that the integration is securely enabled and aligned with organizational agreements.
The typical set-up workflow for LinkedIn RSC integration will follows these steps in Security Center:
- Create and sign-in to a customer LinkedIn account.
- Select a relevant contract for RSC.
- Enable RSC from the Recruiter System Connect plug-in.
LinkedIn RSC is enabled once the data synchronization between LinkedIn and SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting has been initiated and completed successfully.
Data synchronization involves exchange of the following data: Job Requisition, Job Applications and Candidate data.
- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting to LinkedIn: Job Requisitions, Candidates and Applications (pre-configured fields and not available in the UI)
- LinkedIn to SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting: Candidate data only.
