The SAP SuccessFactors Home Page is the default start page of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite. Using home page v3, you can view pending approvals, outstanding actions, and valuable analytics. It provides an overview of activity across the SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite and helps you to take action quickly when necessary.
For an employee, the home page is your main entry point to the SAP SuccessFactors application. Your personal to-do list displays tiles pertaining to Recruiting and other modules. You may also personalize the layout or utilize the action search on the right side of the page:
As a manager, team details or progress can be tracked and displayed on the home page for valuable insight.
An administrator can also configure the default home page as it will appear to new users of your SAP SuccessFactors system. Users are then free to personalize it to better suit their needs. It is possible to select from the tile catalog, or an administrator can create custom tiles.
Home Page Tiles
Home page tiles are blocks of content on the home page. All content and functionality on the home page is accessed through these tiles.
My Team TileThe My Team tile offers a visual organization of your team members and open tasks. With direct reports, the ability to nudge or take action assists in accountability and execution.
To Do TileThe To Do tile provides insight into the tasks that need to be completed by the user. Recruiting information about job requisitions or offers to be approved is displayed on the To Do tile.

Some examples of the tiles specific to Recruiting are Recruiting Approvals, Provide Interview Feedback, and Recruiting Requisitions Awaiting Approvals.

Careers TileThe Careers tile provides high-level information about jobs posted on the career site and the number of jobs for which the user has applied.
